Log in to our order status portal HERE with your email and order number. Follow the steps to start the process, and at the end, you’ll be able to download your return label. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Returns are processed within 2–3 business days. For exchanges, you’ll get tracking updates via email when your new item ships. Refunds usually appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
