You don't need another bra -- Etalon is designed to be worn on its own. Its supportive, compressive fit is comfortable for everyday wear, and the built-in pockets let you add optional inserts anytime you'd like more shape or coverage.

That said, it's really an either/or. Layering it over a regular bra isn't ideal since the regular bra's straps would show underneath Etalon's back straps.
